How to make Calcium rich paneer patties
Step-1
heat a pan and add 1 tsp oil
Step-2
add onino and saute
Step-3
add ginger garlic paste
Step-4
add green chilli and gram flour
Step-5
saute till gram flour is lightly roasted

take pan off flame and let it cool

crumble paneer and add above mixture and mix coat in seseme seeds
either shallow fry till golden brown or bake on 180c for 12-15min.

add curd to get binding consistency

for tomato sauce

take another pan and add oil

add onion, ginger garlic paste and saute

add green chilli and black pepper powder

add tomatoes and roast
