How to make Cabbage Tikki with tomato chutney
Step-1
Mix salt with shredded cabbage
Step-2
Add defatted soya flour, besan ,dhania jeera powder,ginger garlic paste
Step-3
Mix properly & make small Tikki
Step-4
Roll in sesame seeds
Step-5
Brush oil on non stick pan
Step-6
Place Tikki, cover with lid and cook for two mins
Step-7
Remove lid and turn and roast other side
Step-8
For tomato chutney- grind together tomato, white onion,green chilli,salt & corriander leaves
It should be coarse mixture
