Ingredients for Butter Garlic Prawn
- › Prawn 200 gms
- › Garlic Cloves 10
- › Spring Onion 20gms
- › Salt as per taste
- › Butter 5 gms
- › Olive oil 8gms
- › Chilli flakes
1. Step 1 : In pan put olive oil and butter , once it hot put the chopped garlic , fry for 3/4 mins in medium flame. Step 2 : put the cleaned prawn and fry for 3 mins in high flame. Step 3 : add salt and cover the pan with lid and let it cook for 5/6 mins. Step 4 : add chilli flakes and spring onion sauté for 2 mins and it’s ready .
