Ingredients for butter garlic prawn tawa fry
- › prawns -200gms
- › butter/ ghee -20ml
- › garlic- finely chopped
- › salt
- › red chilly powder
- › other spices of your choice
Method
1. devein the prawns and wash them properly
2. add salt , red chilly powder and other spices in the prawns
3. marinate the prawns for about 10 mins
4. heat the butter in a pan
5. add garlic and saute for about 20 seconds on high flame
6. add prawns and lower the flame and cook them for about 8-10 mins
