Butter garlic prawn curry
- butter 10g
- prawns 200 g
- garlic chopped 5 cloves
- Stalk of lemongrass
- Chopped coriander leaves
- Cumin 2g
Heat butter in a pan, add cumin to it.
Add chopped garlic to the pan
Add the prawns and sautee
Leave for 3-4 mins on low flame till prawn is cooked
Add some herbs like chives, thyme etc (as per taste)
In a separate saucepan, boil some lemongrass stalks for about 10 minutes in parallel.
Add lemongrass strained water to pan with prawns.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.
