Ingredients for Butter Garlic Mushrooms
- › 200 grams mushrooms 10 grams butter 4-5 garlic cloves 1 small lemon coriander,salt,pepper to season
1. Add 5 grams of butter in a pan . Once the butter melts ,add the chopped mushroom and let them cook on medium flame for 8 minutes. Add finely chopped garlic,lime juice, salt, pepper and 5 grams of butter,and cook for 2 minutes. Toss up some coriander and serve it hot
