Ingredients for Butter garlic egg noodles 🍜
- › 2 eggs 🥚🥚
- › 10gms butter 🧈
- › 100gms boneless chicken
- › 30gms capsicum
- › 30gms cauliflower
- › 30gms mushroom 🍄
- › 1 cheese slice 🧀
- › 1tbsp red chili 🌶 n garlic 🧄 paste
- › Salt & pepper to taste
- › A dash of mixed herbs
1. Take 5gms butter in a non stick pan and saute the veges and boneless chicken along with the chili garlic paste, salt n pepper. Till golden brown.
2. Add a cheese slice and mix well. Remove from pan and keep aside.
3. Take another 5gms of butter in the same pan. Add 2 beaten eggs to make an omlette. Cut into strips to make the egg noodles.
4. Add the noodles to the veges & chicken and mix well.
5. Sprinkle with some mixed herbs 🌿 n njoy 😋
