Marinate Chicken with chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and salt for 15 minutes
In a pan, take some oil and fry marinated chicken and put it aside
In the same pan pour some oil and start frying onions until they are golden brown. Also use some butter and salt while frying onions. Put tomatoes, cashews, vinegar, salt, chilli powder, garam masala and simmer it for 15 minutes until they get squishy. Cool it down and grind it. Then using strain, strain all the gravy with less wastage.
Use this gravy, heat it with some more butter and the chicken that was put aside. Heat it for 5-10 minutes and at last crush dry methi leaves into it.
