How to make Burnt garlic chicken with cabbage rice
Step-1
Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, & pressure cook or boil
Step-2
Pressure cook 20 g raw rice
Step-3
Separate broth & chicken, save broth for gravy
Step-4
Shred chicken in long strips
Add 5 ml soya sauce & egg white , salt , pepper powder to chicken pieces , keep aside
Step-5
Heat 3 g butter in nonstick pan , add finely chopped garlic, fry little burned (remove half keep aside)
Add chicken & stir fry
Step-6
Remove and add chicken broth , add some chopped green chilli, salt
When it boils , add paste of rice flour or wheat flour, broth will thicken
Step-7
Add soya sauce
Then add chicken pieces & mix properly
Step-8
In a wok add 3 g butter , stir fry raw cabbage, salt , powder pepper,stir fry, add cooked rice
Step-9
Serve with burned garlic chicken
Garnish with burned garlic flakes,& spring onions
