Multigrain flour -50 g
Curd - 40
Black chick peas - 50 g ( soaked and boiled)
Potato - 50 g ( boiled and grated)
Powdered rice / rice flour - 10 g
Oil - 5 g
Baking soda and powder - 1/8 tsp each
Salt to taste
Chilli flakes to taste
Vegetables of you choice
Mayonnaise- 1 tsp ( optional)

A) Steps for making bun -
Step-2
Mix baking powder and soda in oil
Step-3
Mix flour, curd , 1/4 tsp salt and above mixture. Add required water to make soft dough . Flatten the dough with fingers to make a shape of burger bun

Bake it in a preheated oven for around 18-25 min at 180 C. This time may vary based on type of flour and consistency of dough.

B) Steps for making tikki -
Step-6
Grind boiled chick peas and add potato, chilli flakes, salt & rice flour. Mix everything together

Divide the dough in 2 parts
Step-8
Bake them at 180 C for 8 min and then at 220 c for 6-10 min until crisp from outside

C) Get your food ready. -

Cut the bun into half and toast it for 1-2 min on a greased pan
