How to make buddha bowl


1. Soak the chickpeas in water overnight. Boil them with spices like cloves, cardamom , black pepper or as your choice. 2 whistles should be fine. 2. Strain the water from the chickpeas and sauté with little oil. Add salt, red chilli and black pepper. 3. Prepare the quinoa ( add quinoa in hot water and let it cook for 15 mins) 4. Sauté veggies whatever you like ( i have used mushroom , spinach and bell pepper here) 5. Sauté paneer separately with salt, black pepper 6. Plate everything with sliced avocado
