Ingredients for brown rice dosa
- › 1/4 cup horse gram
- › 1/8 cup brown rice
- › 1/8 cup toor dal
- › 1/8 cup masoor dal
- › 1/8 cup green moong dal
- › 1/8 cup yellow moong dal
- › 1/8 cup Bengal gram
- › One small onion
- › 2 tbsp grated fresh coconut
- › One inch ginger
- › 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- › 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- › Pinch of black pepper
- › Pink Himalayan salt to taste
- › 2 dry red chillies
- › 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- › 1 small carrot grated
- › Ghee to drizzle over the dosa
Method
1. Soak all the lentils and rice over night. Going it to a coarse paste adding all the ingredients in the morning. Add finally chopped onion , grated carrot and coriander leaves. Heat pan and spread the batter into a dosa Drizzle desi ghee.
