Ingredients for Brocoli Palak Soup
- › Brocoli 100 gms
- › Palak 100 gms
- › Onion 1 medium
- › Butter 10 gms
- › Salt
- › pepper
- › Milk 100 gms
1. In a pan add Butter then add chopped onion saute it for three minutes. Then add chopped Brocoli and Palak. Again saute it for 5 mins. Add little water and boil it. Once this mixture is cooled down make a paste. Add this mixture in pan then add salt, pepper, water and milk. Boil the same. Tasty and healthy soup is ready.
