How to make Broccollette
Step-1
Grate or coarsly grind broccoli
Step-2
Add egg whites, salt & beat properly
Step-3
Heat nonstick pan & brush butter or oil
Step-4
Spread broccoli egg whites mixture in thick omelette
Step-5
Arrange pizza veggies, mushroom,boiled boneless chicken
Step-6
Sprinkle Italian seasoning, chilli flakes, black pepper powder
Step-7
Cover with lid and cook on slow flame
Step-8
Turn and cook the other side without lid
Step-9
Turn and add grated cheese & serve
