In a hot pan, add onion, ginger and garlic and spray zero calorie spray. Sauté well.
Add broccoli. And sauté.
Add vegetable stock and bring to a boil.
Blend into a smooth puree and boil again. Strain the soup if you wish. Add salt and pepper powder and red chili flakes.
