Ingredients for Broccoli prawn rice
- › 5gm olive oil
- › Prawns 100gm
- › rice 40gm
- › 200gm broccoli
- › 50gm tomato chopped
- › oregano dried 1tsp
- › ACV 1 Tsp
- › red pepper sauce 1 tsp
1. wash and soak rice for 5 mins
2. in a pressure cooker, add oil, chopped tomato and broccoli. add prawns and rice.
3. toss them all well. add salt, black pepper powder optional, ACV, pepper sauce and oregano.
4. add water and let it cook for 3-4 whistles. Serve hot
