- Butter 15-20 gm
- Onion 75 gm
- Tomato 75 gm
- Broccoli 300 gm
- Cheese slices 5
- Soya chunks 40 gm
- Pasta 140 gm
- Green chilli 1 piece
- Spices - Salt, garlic powder or chopped garlic, black pepper powder, oregano, red chilli powder (optional)
Boil pasta for 12 min, remove from hot water and keep aside. Turn off the flame and donot throw the hot water.
Add soya chunks in the same hot water.
Add butter in the pan. Once heated, add green chillies.
Add onion, tomato, broccoli and saute for 5min.
Add boiled pasta, boiled soya chunks and spices as per taste. Chopped garlic can also be used instead of garlic powder.
Saute for 2 min.
Add cheese slices and cover & keep for 2 min.
Serve hot the healthy yummy pasta.
