Broccoli Nacho Chips
- 1 Medium Head Broccoli(Grated and Squeezed)
- 50gm Mozzarella cheese
- 15 gm Parmesan cheese
- 1/2tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Onion powder
- Pinch of Red chilli powder
- 10gm Almond flour
Preheat the oven to 200C degrees. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl add grated Broccoli and add all the other ingredients. Mix well until combined.
Spoon the mixture in a parchment paper and spread out evenly in the paper.
Bake for 15-20 mins until Golden and firm.
If it is not as crisp as you would like,place the back in the oven on low heat for 10-15.make sure that it wil not burn.
Cut into strips then triangles in shape.
serve hot with coffee or cheesy dip.
