Broccoli florets 150 grams
Bajra 1/2 cup
Butter 50 grams
Chicken 250 grams
Cloves 4-5
Garlic 4-5 cloves
Black pepper corns 8-10
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Milk 100 ml
Water 800 ml
Blanch Broccoli in boiling salted water for mins. Take it out of water and blend it in a blender to make a smooth paste
Take butter in a sauce pan and once it is heated add finely chopped garlic to it
Add bajra flour and wisk with fork or egg beater. Add milk while continuously wisking.
After cooking the sauce for about minutes while continuously whisking add Broccoli paste to it
Also add water as per the consistency of soup you would like. I have added to ml of water
Add some cloves and some pepper corns along with pepper powder. Add salt as per your taste
Once the soup starts to boil add boneles chicken cut is small peices and cook it on low flame
Once the chicken is perfectly cooked its ready to serve
You can add cheese to it if you like
