Multi grain/whole grain :2slice(toasted)
Mustard seeds/curry leaves/red chillies : Required for tampering
Peanuts:7gms
Oil:5gms
Turmeric powder : as per taste
Salt as per taste
Chilli powder as per taste
Onions:45gms
Shredded cabbage :30gms( you can add veggof your choice)
Desiccated coconut; 1gm(less than 1gm used here )
STEPS: . Toast Bread and keep aside . Heat pan . Add oil, and fry peanuts , once done take out peanuts and keep aside . Add mustard seeds, curry leaves,red chillies . Once tampering is done add onions and fry till translucent , add shredded cabbage and fry till soft, add turmeric powder and chilli powder and mix well . Now make pieces of toasted bread , add it to pan . Mix well . As toasted bread is hard, if you like you can consume as it is or if you wish soft , keep covered for mins and stir inbetween or splash some water on top and stir well . Now add the fried peanuts on top and serve it into a bowl and drizzle some desiccated coconut and enjoy with any side dish of your choice or chai
