Ingredients for Bread toast with guacamole and egg
- › Avocado 90gm
- › Sunny side up 1 egg
- › White bread slices 50 gm
- › Salt, pepper to taste
- › Olive oil 2gm
- › Chopped coriander leaves 2gm
- › Finely chopped onion 10gm
- › Finely chopped cherry tomatoes 5gm
- › Few drops of lime/lemon juice
Method
1. 1. Add salt, pepper, onion, tomatoes, coriander, lemon juice to the sliced avocado. Guacamole is ready
2. 2. Hard toast the bread slices
3. 3. In a frying pan prepare the sunny side up with the olive oil. Add salt and pepper
4. 4. On each toasted bread slice put the guacamole and egg respectively. Breakfast is ready to be devoured
