Ingredients for Bread scramble/ Bread burji
- › Eggs - 2 nos.
- › Bread slices - 2
- › Butter - 10gm
- › Pinch of salt, freshly ground pepper, dried mint herbs
1. 1. Take the 2 bread slices and chop them into small squares.
2. 2. Add 5gms of butter to heated pan and stir the chopped bread pieces until crisp.
3. 3. Crack the 2 eggs into the pan and mix well.
4. 4. Add pinch of salt, pepper and dried mint and cook it to desired consistency.
5. 5. Serve hot with the remaining 5gms of butter on top.
