Ingredients for Bread Roll
- › Potato- 125 grams
- › Bread- 2 slice
- › Oil- 3 grams
- › Finely chopped onion, green chilly
- › Spices- Salt, a pinch of turmeric, mango powder
1. Boil potatoes till they soften and mash them.
2. Mix spices, chopped onion and green chillies to it.
3. Soak bread a little and fill the mashed potatoes and shape it into a round ball.
4. Cook it in an appe pan or air fryer.
5. Tada! It's done!
