Ingredients

  • Recipe Ingredients listvanilla 1.5 tsp
  • Recipe Ingredients listerythitol 1/3 cup(I used), you can go according to your taste

  • Recipe Ingredients listcranberry 30 gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listchocolate chip (optional) few
  • Recipe Ingredients listpowered sugar (for decoration) optional

Direction

Step-1

all egg and erythitol and whisk well

Step-2

add cinnamon and vanilla

Step-3

add the milk

Step-4

then add chopped apple, cranberry and chopped bread in it and mix.

Step-5

let it sit for a while

Step-6

i have divided it into 4 remekins, you can bake it together only the baking time will go up

put the remekins on hot water bath and bake @180 for 30 mins or until a knief comes out clean

let it cool down and devour!
