- › Multigrain bread : 2 slices Protein whey powder: 2 scoops Stevia as per taste Skimmed milk : 150 ml ( or increase quantity if required ) Baking soda : pinch Baking powder : pinch Oil : 1 gms
1. STEPS: 1. Toast bread and make into pieces, let it cool 2. Add it to blender and add milk and stevia, baking powder and baking soda 3. Blend it to smooth 4. Transfer it to a coffee mug 5. Add two drops of oil and whisk again well 6.
