- Garlic bread 3 slices
- Milk 100 ml
- All purpose flour 1/2 tspn
- Onion 1 pc (you can use more vegetables)
- Tomato basil homemade sauce 1 spoon
- Oregano seasoning
- chilly flakes
- Salt as per taste
Take a pan, add 100 ml milk and half spoon all purpose flour, add oregano seasoning, chilly flakes and salt, mix them together and boil. make a partially thick paste. cut the veggies and mix it in the white sauce.
keep it aside to cool down.
Take the non stick pan and roast the garlic bread on both sides.
Now, take the garlic bread slices, spread the tomato basil sauce( you can use regular tomato ketchup too).
Finally pour the white sauce on it. cover the lid for two mins.
Serve it hot.
