Step-1

1.Break the eggs in a bowl and whisk with salt ,black peeper powder and red chili powder to your taste. 1. Heat oil in a pan, add 1tsp butter and allow it to melt. 2. Pour the egg mixture over the heated pan. 3. Cook the eggs for 1 minute till it starts to set and place one slice of bread over it. 4. Add a layer of cheese and sprinkle chopped coriander. 5. Cover with another slice of bread and press it. 6. Now flip it and push the edges under the bread and cook for 1-2 minutes to cook both the sides.
