How to make Bread dahi vada
Step-1
crumble bread slices. mix two tsp curd into water. add pinch salt, garam masala into the buttermilk. pour it into the bread crumbs and form tikkis.
heat the griddle n brush ghee. now place the bread tikkis on it n gently press it. cook on both sides till golden brown.
place the tikkis on Serving dish.
mix stevia n curd. pour it over the tikkis. Garnish with chopped onions n cabbage. sprinkle chilli powder n garam masala powder n hve it hot or chilled.
