- Egg - 2
- Bread - 50gms
- Small Onion
- Garam masala
- Ghee - 2gms
Cut bread into small pieces of medium size and keep it
Heat the tawa with ghee.
Add chopped onion and saute till it turns little brown.
Add Salt, Garam masala of needed amount and mix it
Add the bread pieces to tawa and mix well. Saute till bread gets little fried
Add 2 eggs to the mixture. If you like add little pepper
Start mixing well with the bread until the stickiness of egg is gone or reduced
Add little curry leaves and ready to serve
