How to make Bottle gourd- Whey Barfi
Step-1
In an pan cook the grated bottle gourd with salt on medium flame. Then cook it further with erythritol and ghee at high flame until all the excess water is gone.let it cool
Step-2
Mix whey into it and transfer the dough into a plate lined with baking paper
Step-3
Let it set in fridge for few min
Step-4
Cut it into your desired shape and size and enjoy.
