How to make Bombay Vada Pav
Step-1
For Pav
Mix everything and form dough. Leave aside for 10 minutes
Step-2
For Potato Filling
Mix all the ingredients of potato filling and make small balls
Step-3
Grease your palms with a drop of batter (of pav) and form a flat puri
Step-4
Stuff the potato filling rolled in garlic chutney and roll the dough
Step-5
Microwave for 1.5 minutes
Step-6
Serve with green chutney or dip/chutney of your choice
