How to make Boiled egg bhurjee
Step-1
Step 1: Place a saucepan and put whole eggs to boil

Step 2 : After the eggs boil let it cool by putting cold water and shredded them using larger blades shredder.

Step 3: Place a flat nonstick pan and add butter to it. When the butter is melted add chopped onion and green chilly to it.After the onions are brown add chopped tomatoes to it. Let the mixture cook for 3-4 mins .Now add ginger garlic paste to it and cook for 1 min.Whenthe mixture is well cooked add 100 ml of hot water to it to make the mixture mushy.Add all the dry spices now.Now add the shredded egg to it and cook for 2 mins . Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it with hot bun or pav.
