How to make Boiled Chickpea veggie salad
Step-1
1- Soak the chickpeas overnight and boil them in a pressure cooker for 3 whistles.
2- In a bowl, take cooked chickpeas, add bell peppers and onion.
3- add grated carrots and beetroot.
4- lastly add the rock salt or chat masala as per taste, add lemon juice.
5- Garnish with a spoonful of bhujiya sev for crunch and tada! Chick pea salad is ready.
