Ingredients for Boild egg burji with Bread
- › 2 Whole eggs
- › 30 Onion
- › 30 tomatoes
- › 1 Green chillie
- › Spices
- › 10 gm Oil
1. Cut the boiled eggs into normal size.
2. Heat 10 gm of oil in the pan. Add green chillies, onion, ginger. Cool for some time.
3. Add salt, spices, black pepper, tomatoes. Cook for some time and add some water in between
4. Once tomatoes become soft and spices are cooked properly, add boiled eggs. Mixed it well.
5. You can add coriander leaves if you like.
