Method

Step 1

Crust ) Mix oats, crushed almonds,stevia (according to taste) and melted butter together ) Press the mixture in the cake pan ( with spoon) ) Bake it for mins at C Filling ) Combine cream cheese with stevia gently. ) Add Greek yogurt, table spoon lemon juice and vanilla essence. Mix it well ) Add egg to the mix. Add \ tea spoon of baking powder ) meanwhile heat the blueberries with little stevia in a pan for - mins and let it cool and blend it in blender. ) combine blended blueberries with the mixture ) Add the filling mix to the baked crust ) Bake it at C for - mins ) let it cool and put it in fridge for hours ) Enjoy the cake 😊
