Prepare blueberry sauce by boiling blueberries in water, add lemon, stevia and erytritol as per taste,let it cool
Prepare base by mixing almond flour with melted butter, apply in tin and bake at degree for to mins
Now prepare batter by mixing cream cheese and sour cream with the help of blenderin a bowl, add eggs one by one and blend. Now add stevia and erytritol, vanilla essence and lemon.
Add this prepared batter totin. Again bake at degree for min to hr .
let it cool before taking it out of oven then top up with blueberry sauce. Keep it in refrigerator overnight. Now the yummy cake is ready to eat
