Ingredients for Blueberry Banana protein overnight oats
- › Oats:20gms
- › Stevia as per taste
- › Soya milk:150ml
- › Whey protein:1scoop
- › Raisins:3gms
- › Desiccated coconut:2gms
- › Banana:50gms
- › Blue berries:25gms

Method
1. STEPS: 1.take a jar or bowl/any box with lid 2. Add oats 3. Add milk & protein powder and give it a shake or mix well without any lumps using spoons 4. Add stevia as per taste 5. Add some banana , raisins,desiccated coconut and blueberries ( you can do this step at last when you take of this from refrigerator if you want to feel fresh fruits) 6. Refrigerate overnight 7. Have it in breakfast next morning (if you skipped step 5 for overnight,add it in the morning)😋
