Black chana : 80 grams Mustard Oil : 10 grams Jeera : half tea spoon Onion and tomato : 1 small each Ginger garlic paste : as per ur liking Corriander powder : 1 spoon Red chilli powder, salt, garam masala, corriander leaves, chat masala and jeera powder as per ur taste and liking
Direction
Step-1
Caramalise the onion and tomato paste in oil till it changes colour and seperates from the oil.
Add all the above spices except jeera powder and chat masala.
Add the overnight soaked chhole and pressure cook for around 20-25 mins.
Open the cooker only when the pressure releases on its own.
Add chat masala, jeera powder and fresh green corriander leaves.
Step-2
Paneer onion Rice :
Take 5 grams ghee in a kadai. Add jeera and half sliced onion. Once the onion changes to pink colour add 50 grams crumbled paneer and some salt. Now add 80 grams cooked rice to it. Garnish with fresh green corriander.
