Black Berry Chia Pudding
- Chia seeds - 20gms
- Almond milk - 1/4 cup
- Honey - 1 teaspoon
- Sunflower seeds - 10gms
- Blackberries - 45gms
Take Chia seeds and blackberries in a bowl.
Mash the blackberries and mix with Chia seeds.
Add half of the almond milk and honey to the bowl and mix well until no lumps of Chia seeds.
Set it aside for 3 mins and let the the Chia seeds absorb the almond milk.
Add rest of the almond milk and sunflower seeds and mix it and set it aside for 3 more mins.
Enjoy your delicious and filling Chia pudding.(you can also chill it in refrigerator for 1/2 hr if you like it cold)
