  • Recipe Ingredients listChia seeds - 20gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listAlmond milk - 1/4 cup
  • Recipe Ingredients listHoney - 1 teaspoon
  • Recipe Ingredients listSunflower seeds - 10gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listBlackberries - 45gms

Direction

Step-1

Take Chia seeds and blackberries in a bowl.

Step-2

Mash the blackberries and mix with Chia seeds.

Step-3

Add half of the almond milk and honey to the bowl and mix well until no lumps of Chia seeds.

Step-4

Set it aside for 3 mins and let the the Chia seeds absorb the almond milk.

Step-5

Add rest of the almond milk and sunflower seeds and mix it and set it aside for 3 more mins.

Step-6

Enjoy your delicious and filling Chia pudding.(you can also chill it in refrigerator for 1/2 hr if you like it cold)
