Bisi Bele Bhath
- Rice - 40 grams Daal - 20 grams Beans - 35 grams Cauliflower - 65 grams Ghee - 5 grams Onion - 25 grams Tomato- 25 grams
Add Rice, Dal, beans and cauliflower together and pressure cook. Heat a separate pan and add ghee. Splutter some mustard seeds and curry leaves, add in onions and sauté .
Now add tomatoes and cook for a while. Now add in 3/4 teaspoon of BBB masala add in tge pressure cooked mixture and bring to a light boil. Check salt. Squeeze a little lemon for extra taste.
