besan soya kadhi
- Curd (Dahi)-180gm
- Besan-25 gm
- Soya chunks-15gm
- whole red chilly-2
- spices- methi seeds,salt, turmeric,red chilly.
- water- 100-120ml
Grind curd and besan by adding water into the jar.
Take a pan add ghee when ghee hot add methi seed
methi seeds turns golden brown add whole red chilly and onion in it
saute onion for 2-3 mints add all spices
pour mixture of curd into the pan and continuously stir.
take a bowl soak soya chunks in it.
when kadhi boiled add squeeze soya chunk in it
cook together for 10-15 mints
soya kadhi is ready to serve hot with rice ,roti.
