Ingredients for Besan soya chilla
- › 40g Besan, 30gSoya chunks, 5 Ghee
Method
1. 1. Take out 40 g Besan in a bowl . 2. Grind the 30g soya chunks and add to the same bowl 3.Add water and mix them well 4. Add salt/ chilli/ green leafy vegetables 5. Spread 5g ghee on tawa and pour the batter 6. Cook on medium flame 7.Flip the side once it is hard and ready. Do not rush else it will break.
