Ingredients for Besan ke chille
- › Besan - 50gm
- › Potato - 100gm
- › Ghee - 15gm
- › Green Chille - As required.
- › Coriander
- › Salt - As required
Method
1. Take besan in a bowl
2. Add potato by grating them
3. Add green chille
4. Add coriander
5. Add salt
6. Add water and make a semi liquid paste and mix it well
7. Heat the pan in medium flame
8. Greece the pan with ghee as recommended
9. Put the paste on pan
10. Cook the chille from both the sides till it’s colour turns lovely brown
11. Serve it with love and sauce or thecha
