How to make Besan ka Pizza
Step-1
-Add Besan, Chopped capsicum , Chopped onion , chopped tomato in a mixing bowl.
Step-2
- Add 1/4 cup of water to it & mix everything well. Avoid adding too much water to it or else the batter will be very thin.
Step-3
-Add salt to the mixture as per your taste. Mix till a smooth flowing consistency in the batter.
Step-4
-Heat a Tawa on low flame & spread the oil uniformly over the tawa.
Then take a lade full of batter & pour on the pan. Spread the batter uniformly on the pan & cook it until the base gets light golden.
Step-5
-Flip it & cook the other side too . Now it is ready to serve.
