Ingredients

Besan 100gm (Gram Flour)

Curd 100gm

Mustard Oil 10gm

Ghee 10gm

Onion 100gm

Tomato 100gm

Ajwain

Salt and spices

Method

Step 1

Take the besan and add curd, spices, salt and ajwain. Also, add mustard oil.

Step 2

Knead to make a dough out of it.

Step 3

Roll it into - cylindrical shapes.

Step 4

Boil water in a pan and once it boils add the above into it.

Step 5

Cool until they start floating on the surface.

Step 6

Remove it and cut it into small / inch pieces once it is cooled.

Step 7

Take another pan and sauté some onion and tomato. Use ghee.

Step 8

Add the gatte into it and sauté them together.

Step 9

You can have it dry or add water to form a gravy. Use the water that was used to boil the gatte cylindrical shapes.

Step 10

Your gatta curry is ready.
