Step-1
Whisk one whole egg. Add besan to it. Make dosa consistency batter. Add water if required. Add salt, red chilli powder, chopped onion and tomato.
Step-2
Heat a pan. Pour oil and then the batter. Garnish it with paneer and chaat masala. Its ready
