Ingredients for Besan egg & paneer chilla
- › 1 whole egg
- › 10gm besan
- › 30gm grated paneer
- › 5gm chopped coriander leaves
- › 2gm olive oil
Method
1. In a bowl add besan, egg, chopped coriander leaves, salt and red chilly powder. Add water as required to get a smooth batter.
2. Mix this well. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, besan mix. Cook on one side.
3. Now add the grated paneer on top. After a few mins, flip this to other side and let it cook well.
4. Serve hot with curd/ ketchup (adjust macros).
