Besan egg & paneer chilla
- 1 whole egg
- 10gm besan
- 30gm grated paneer
- 5gm chopped coriander leaves
- 2gm olive oil
In a bowl add besan, egg, chopped coriander leaves, salt and red chilly powder. Add water as required to get a smooth batter.
Mix this well. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, besan mix. Cook on one side.
Now add the grated paneer on top. After a few mins, flip this to other side and let it cook well.
Serve hot with curd/ ketchup (adjust macros).
