Ingredients for besan dhokla
- › Besan - 50 gms
- › Eno - 1/2
- › Mustard seeds/ rai - 1 tbsp
- › Meetha neem patta
- › Sugar free powder - 1 tbsp
- › Water - 1.5 cup
- › Oil - 2 ml
- › Green chilli - 1-2
1. Make a batter by mixing besan , eno and water.
2. Bake it for 10 mins in microwave.
3. Take a pan add oil, mustard seeds , neem pata , sugar free powder , green chilli and water.
4. Add this tadka to your dhokla.
5. Dhokla is ready to serve , serve it with green coriander chutney.
