Besan Chilla Sandwich
- 50gm Besan
- 1/2 Pc. Onion
- Coriander leaves
- Black Pepper
- 10gm Ghee
- 2 Bread Slices
- Water- 100-120 ml
- 1 Cheese Slice
Prepare Besan batter with water and keep it for 10min.
Add Chopped Onion and Coriander leaves in Besan Batter
Add Salt, Black Pepper and Ajwain.
Grease Non Stick Panwith 2gm Ghee
Spread Batter on Pan and Cook Both side with 5gm ghee
Cut Besan Chilla in 2 pcs.
Cut one half Chilla pc. in 2 pcs.
Put it between 2 bread slices along with 1 cheese Slice and prepare sandwich
Serve it with ketchup and enjoy
